One of six curriculum standards-aligned student workshops I developed for the International Spy Museum offered both virtually and on-site.

I launched a high-engagement maker program specifically tailored to the unique social and developmental needs of middle school students. Through an "open explore" format, students are given the agency to choose their own projects within a vibrant, low-pressure (and pizza-filled) atmosphere. This research-backed strategy has proven highly effective, maintaining a consistent attendance of 100+ students for every quarterly event.

This inaugural community festival was designed to celebrate and elevate local innovation through a highly interactive, engaging format. The event brought together over 32 community organizations and corporations to showcase their unique visions of progress, alongside 300+ middle school inventors presenting their original invention prototypes. With live performances by local musicians, civic and corporate leader recognition of student work and an attendance of over 4,000 community members, the festival successfully bridged the gap between industry leaders and the next generation of innovators.

Spearheading the International Spy Museum’s inaugural accessibility initiative, I led a cross-functional effort to bridge the gap between museum programming and neurodiverse audiences. By collaborating with accessibility experts and the facilities department, I designed a "low-sensory" before-hours experience specifically for families with children on the autism spectrum. This program established a new institutional standard for inclusivity and community access.

I founded this annual signature event to demystify the clandestine world of the intelligence community. By brokering partnerships with FBI forensic scientists, CIA technical operations specialists, and industry-leading innovators, I curated an experience that brought cutting-edge tradecraft into the public eye. This enduring annual event offers a rare opportunity for the community to engage with real-world intelligence officers and witness live demonstrations of the technology that defines national and global security.

Centering community voices was at the heart of this series of six annual cultural celebrations. Covering observances such as Indigenous People's Month and Black History Month, these events were co-designed with local leaders and organizations. By forming dedicated advisory groups for each celebration, I ensured the museum’s pedagogy was not only culturally responsive but also served as a platform for genuine representation and community-led storytelling.

I developed a suite of curriculum aligned onsite and distance learning workshops engaging thousands of students each year.
