Creative Lead: Undercover Mission | International Spy Museum
I served as the Creative Lead for Undercover Mission, a groundbreaking, fully integrated RFID-enabled experience that redefined personalized museum journeys. Leading a multidisciplinary team alongside Cortina Productions, I oversaw the development of over 25 physical and digital interactives. The system tracks individual visitor performance and outcomes in real-time, delivering a customized narrative that evolves throughout the permanent exhibit. My role was central to ensuring that the high-tech infrastructure remained seamlessly aligned with the museum's core storytelling and visitor engagement goals.

Creative Lead: Red Team I International Spy Museum
Located in the Museum’s Analysis Gallery, Red Team (2020 MUSE Award Winner) is a choreographed, multi-player experience that immerses visitors in the high-stakes world of intelligence analysis. This cinematic installation integrates personal touch-screen interfaces with large-scale video projections and projection mapping on a 3D model to place visitors at the heart of the hunt for Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. As the drama unfolds, visitors must make critical individual decisions that culminate in the reveal of President Obama’s final strike decision. The experience serves as a powerful case study in the "Red Teaming" process, challenging visitors to examine alternative theories and assess confidence levels in the face of uncertainty.
I directed the creative development and narrative arc of this award-winning exhibit with Gallagher Media, content experts who worked the case, and an internal team, ensuring that content accuracy and engagement were of highest quality.

Conceptual Development: Maker Playground I KID Museum
I conceptualized this self-guided interactive zone to embody KID Museum’s "Mind of a Maker" philosophy—placing the learner in the driver’s seat through "wacky," curiosity-driven play. I provided the holistic vision for the visitor experience and mentored a talented in-house design & fabrication team to bring these complex concepts to life.
Featured Interactives:
Binary Beat: A sensory exploration of sound and light where visitors layer rhythmic patterns to demystify the foundations of computational thinking.
Black Hole Pizza Maze: A whimsical, large-scale collaborative kinetic challenge. Visitors operate hand-cranked motors to manipulate a giant "pizza slice," navigating balls toward the "undercrust" while mastering physics and teamwork.
Light Paradise: A multi-sensory "forest" of light-activated trees and light-painting DJ stations that encourages collaborative, immersive experimentation.
